This fund-raising campaign had always been highly labor intensive. Because there were multiple personalized inserts in a personalized envelope, there was a great deal of hand matching. Costly in time if done in house, or expensive if done outside.

The solution? Combine the information from all the previous inserts into one attractive mailer. Carefully edit the copy so it’s shorter and more likely to be read. Incorporate a reply envelope to eliminate the outer envelope. Neat, clean and very effective.
