The research, design and production of Hope & Healing was quite an eye opener. As my first book, I gained a wealth of knowledge about book production. But far more interesting was learning about the many significant health care firsts that occurred at Saint Joseph’s — and the people who made it possible. The book was presented as a Christmas gift to all hospital employees, physicians and board members. It also won this award.
