disclaimer, legal (maybe) mumbo jumbo

This site is about me, Tom Hinson, an Atlanta native, Atlanta-based creative director, art director, web designer, web developer, graphic designer, code hacker, SEO fanatic, team leader, photographer wannabe, husband and dad. Any resemblance to any other Tom Hinson — or for that matter, any other person — is purely coincidental. And a shame for that person.

The information and images found on this site may be overly stimulating; those with a heart condition are advised to consult with their physician before continuing their visit. On the other hand, information on this site may be old, boring and just plain tired. No warranty is provided or implied to the usefulness of this site or the information contained herein.

The owner of this site is aware that the look, feel and overall design could really use refreshing. Contacting said owner to inform him of same can be considered a waste of time. But it’s your time.

Throughout this site you will, hopefully, find links to places like Amazon, BlueHost and other retail merchants. Do not be fooled: these are masterfully-disguised affiliate links. If you actually click on one of these, you will in fact be directed to that site. Should you make a purchase while you are there, there is a remote (very remote) chance I will be rewarded with a few pennies via the United States Post Office. You may, however, take comfort in knowing that only carefully selected, thoroughly screened affiliates ever make the cut here.

Occasionally, you may notice a link to Compassion International. This is not an affiliate link. This is a link to an organization that provides life-changing support to children around the globe. If you click on any of these Compassion International links and sponsor a child, I will receive nothing. But two people will receive something amazing: you and the child you sponsor. I am not an investment advisor, but if I were, I would advise you to invest here. Reference Matt. 6:19-20.
