Help Desk, IT, Hardware Support

I’m also proficient with a number IT functions: setting up new computers, user management, hardware upgrades (storage, memory, video cards, cameras…), printers, wired and wireless networking and more. Why mention this? Smaller companies often don’t have dedicated resources for IT, and this experience almost invariably makes a difference.
